Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the ExileForge Discord application ("ExileForge", "the Bot", "the Service"), operated by Awaited Developments ("we", "us", "our"). By adding the Bot to a Discord server or otherwise interacting with it, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

ExileForge is a third-party Path of Exile companion bot for Discord. It renders item tooltip images from pasted item text, generates trade links, and provides tools like a no-regex search-string builder for vendor recipes, waystones, tablets, and relics. ExileForge is currently free to use and under active development, with new commands and features being added regularly. ExileForge is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Grinding Gear Games (GGG).

2. Changes to the Service

We may add, change, or remove commands and features at our discretion as the Bot develops. We'll announce significant changes in our Discord server.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Bot to violate Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines;
Use the Bot to violate Grinding Gear Games' Terms of Use or End User License Agreement;
Attempt to abuse, overload, reverse engineer, or interfere with the Bot's operation;
Use the Bot for any unlawful purpose.

4. No Warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Item data and rendered tooltips are provided for convenience and may contain errors or become outdated as the game changes. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Awaited Developments shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service, for any user or server, at our discretion, including for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time by removing the Bot from your server.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
