This policy explains what data ExileForge ("the Bot") collects, why, and how it's handled. We aim to collect the minimum necessary to operate the Service. We never ask for your Discord password, your Path of Exile password, or your PoE session ID.

ExileForge does not currently offer account linking or paid features, so we do not collect Path of Exile account credentials, OAuth tokens, or billing information. If that changes in the future, this policy will be updated before any such feature launches.

Application data is stored in Cloud Firestore. We retain data only as long as needed to operate the Service and diagnose issues, and do not keep submitted item text longer than necessary to serve your request.

The Service is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age required to use Discord in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect data from users below this age.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time — for example, if we introduce account linking or paid features in the future. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date on this page.
